TERMS & CONDITIONS

Customers may cancel or reschedule a job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time without incurring a cancellation charge.

A cancellation fee of £75 may be charged if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

This fee may also be charged in the event of a lock-out caused by our cleaners being turned away; no one home to let them in; no water or power available at customer's premises; or a problem with customer's keys (if provided to us for the purpose of entering the property).

If keys are provided they must open the lock without any special effort or skill.

Fees are payable in advance by Debit/Credit card or by cash or cheque on the day, given to our Cleaning Technisions at the start of the clean. A receipt will be given & fully invoiced within 24 hours.
